By accessing or using REVSIST's automotive AI assistant service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including automotive dealerships, service centers, parts retailers, and end customers.

2. Description of Service

REVSIST provides an AI-powered customer service platform specifically designed for the automotive industry. Our Service includes:

  • Multichannel messaging integration (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, WebChat)
  • Vehicle discovery and recommendation systems
  • Test drive and service appointment scheduling
  • Automotive financing assistance and calculations
  • Parts compatibility checking and inventory management
  • Integration with automotive management systems (DMS, CRM)
  • Customer analytics and business intelligence

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

Business Verification

Automotive businesses may need to provide additional verification including business licenses, dealer permits, or other industry-specific documentation to access certain features.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

  • Providing legitimate automotive customer service
  • Facilitating vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions
  • Scheduling appointments and managing customer relationships
  • Generating analytics and business insights

Prohibited Uses

  • Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or automated communications

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges

Subscription Activation

Your subscription begins upon account creation and payment processing. Services are activated immediately after successful payment confirmation.

6. Automotive Industry Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable automotive industry laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and related financing regulations
  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Used Car Rule
  • State dealer licensing requirements
  • Consumer protection laws and advertising standards
  • Data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Anti-discrimination laws in automotive sales and service

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

  • You retain ownership of your customer data
  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary customer consents
  • We may aggregate anonymized data for service improvement

8. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including AI models, software, designs, and automotive databases, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

Your Content

You retain rights to your automotive inventory data, customer information, and business content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our Service.

9. Service Availability and Support

Uptime and Reliability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

Customer Support

  • Support is available during business hours for standard plans
  • Premium plans include 24/7 support access
  • Response times vary based on subscription level and issue severity

10. Limitation of Liability

REVSIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Automotive Industry Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle pricing, availability, or specifications
  • AI recommendations are suggestions only and should be verified by qualified personnel
  • Financing calculations are estimates and subject to lender approval
  • Parts compatibility information should be verified before installation
  • We are not responsible for automotive transactions between you and your customers

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.
